    The laboratory mixer MAXILAB is a unit utilized for the production and improvement of cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food products, as well as raw materials compatibility and rheology tests . The combined action of both anchor and contra-rotating blades agitator ensures an excellent horizontal and vertical mixing of the batch, thus obtaining a very efficacious mixing, a combination of the phases with a homogeneous distribution of the ingredients. The contra-rotating system described above creates a synergy with the bottom entry turbine, transferring the product downward, loading the toothed stator and rotor assembly . The above combination guarantees an excellent shearing effect and energy transfer to the product, providing high mixing efficiency and reproducibility . The MAXILAB is equipped with a touch-screen panel with a set of video pages for a very practical management, in order to control all the equipment functions through a useful human interface.
