    Description

    Lee Industries 1,000 gallon jacketed and agitated kettle.

    Unit measures 72" diameter X 78" deep with 4" diameter center bottom outlet.

    Includes a 2-zone jacket with one portion on straight side and one portion on bottom. Jacket rated for 40 PSI @ 288 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Includes center top entering bridge-mounted paddle type agitation on three (3) areas of common shaft. Agitator driven by 5 HP, 230/460 V, 1750 rpm motor through SEW gearbox.

    Mounted on heavy duty stainless steel frame. Includes dual hinged covers.

    Previously used in food operation. Very good condition.
