    Description

    300 gallon, stainless steel, jacketed, single motion agitation kettle. The kettle is a cook chill kettle with a jacket rating at 100 PSI. It has a single motion, scraped surface agitation and the interior Is equipped with two spray balls for cleaning. It has a center bottom 3" discharge. The drive of the unit is a SEW Eurodrive 5hp motor. The top has Tried-Clover fittings for CIP and other connections. The top has hinged covers that lock into place. Item is new and comes with a 5 year warranty.
