    200 gallon open top jacketed, stainless steel food grade kettle by Lee Industries, model 200D, serial # 21544-1.

    Features all stainless steel food grade construction, national board rated jacket (# 8794) for 100 psi @ 338 degrees f, (minimum temperature -20), 48" diameter x 36" deep, 1. 5" center bottom discharge with lee fluids flow flush seating ball valve, tri clamp connection and 24" floor clearance, mounted on 3" interconnected pipe legs with two way closed fork lift pockets, three swivel casters mounted from companion flanges at termination of legs. Formerly used in food manufacturing.
