    Description

    Stainless steel material contact parts. Single rotor. Inlet size is 17in x 34in. Unit has 8 inch flanged diameter outlet. Overall Dimensions are 64 inches overall height by 55 inches wide by 62 inches wide. Inlet flange to ground is 60 inches height. Inlet flange outside dimensions are 20in x 39 1/2in. Eight inch diameter flanged outlet and clearance to ground is 24 inches. Crusher outlet to the ground is 40 inches without transition. 8in outlet transition can be removed to give a straight vertical clearance of 40 inches with an outlet that is approximately 17in x 34in. Unit is belt driven by 30 hp Baldor-Reliance Super E premium efficient industrial motor, 460 V, 3 phase, 60 hertz, 1770 rpm, 286T frame. Rotor is free to hand rotate while connected to the motor and belt drive. Rotor exhibits magnetism indicating that it is not stainless steel. Rest of material contact parts are stainless steel including grate, housing, sub channel frame and transitional outlet. Demonstration video on file. Current rotor speed = 668 RPM.
