DESCRIPTION:
This Blender consists of a horizontal trough and a specially fabricated paddle agitator. The paddles rotate and move materials to insure thorough blends in short cycle times. Centrifugal granulator with cutting device designed for the reduction from a granular product to a specific size distribution, ideal for small scale production in the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic industries.

MAIN FEATURES:
The blender was built with 250 lt (10 cubic feet) capacity. It is suitable for preparing mixtures of various substances of the same or different weights. Small sized equipment with easy and quick functioning. Material of contact parts: stainless steel AISI 316. Wet granulator, unique model and tireless having 300 mm diameter of the perforated screen. Indispensable upstream of dryers to achieve homogeneity of size and then drying speed. Plate seal between the propeller and basket of granulation. Traditional and robust base structure built solely of stainless steel AISI 316. Solution appropriate for moist products, the spin basket is removable, ample adjustment ensures adaptability to different physical characteristics of the product.
