    Description

    Ross model HDM-100 vertical double planetary mixer with air/oil hydraulic lift for 100 PSI. Needs new bearings and seals.

    Unit includes the following features:
    - 20 HP explosion proof, variable speed drive suitable for 230/460 volt, three phase, 60 hz
    - Stainless steel stirrers, stirrer shafts and mix can
    - Stainless steel vacuum hood and can for vacuum operation including two (2) 3" combination sight and charge ports
    - Special mechanical seals on stirrer shafts
    - Thermocouple on mix can
    - Lift trunnions on side of mix can
    - Mix can mounted on non-sparking caster wheels
    - 15 PSIG carbon steel jacket
    - Capped main reducer shaft (bottom center of planetary gearbox)
    - 3" stainless steel flush type ball valve
    - High temperature (350 Deg. F) resistant lubricant in gearbox
