    J.H. Day 1 cu. ft. stainless steel ribbon mixer, trough measures 13in wide X 16in long X 14in deep, stainless steel internals with double ribbon assembly. Driven by 1/2 HP, 220/440V motor thru v-belt assembly. Trough includes stainless steel hinged top cover and manual slide gate valve. Unitized on base with casters. Includes start/stop control box. Serial# 81989. Last used in dessert manufacturing application.
