    Double planetary/multi shaft jacketed vacuum mixer by Jaygo Inc., model TD PMD-200, serial # 108009.

    Features all SA240-316L stainless steel sanitary vacuum rated and jacketed mixing chamber, agitator includes double planetary rectangular blades with quarter twist, high speed disperser with twin blades and floating scraper with Teflon blade, hydraulically operated vertical lift of agitator head and chamber tilting, vessel is built by Alleganey Bradford and national board rated (# 5310) for full vacuum on shell and 60 psi @ -20 to 350 degrees f on jacket, vessel diameter 28. 05" x 25" deep, Cowels dissolver is belt driven by Siemens 15 kw (20 hp) and planetary agitator is chain driven by 12. 5 kw (15 hp) Siemens motor with inline gear reducer, includes original stainless steel floor standing control panel, wired formerly for 460 volt/3 phase service, national board U-1 certificate on file. Formerly used in branded cosmetic manufacturing.
