    Description

    One Shaffer Eagel SA3 single sigma arm mixer with a maximum mixing capacity of 200 to 400 lbs of Waffle Biscuit dough. The specifications for this mixer include an Eagle open frame mixer, stainless steel mixing bowl, 110 degree forward tilt, 15 HP variable speed drive motor, NEMA 4X stainless steel remote electrical panel, Allen Bradley PowerFlex 753 VFD, Allen Bradley CompactLegix PLC and Allen Bradley PanelView 700 Plus operator control panel. Mixer will discharge into a 25" tall dough trough. Canopy includes one 2" diameter liquid inlet (capped) and one 12" diameter slide style four gate.
