Description
This Bunn Specialty Drink Granita machine dispenses from two large 3.5 gallon hoppers provides granita, frozen drinks, smoothies, etc.

These work for drinks with alcohol content, like pina coladas & strawberry daiquiris. As the alcohol content increases, the temp drops below freezing. The motion sensor counts revolutions of the auger. As the product thickens, the auger slows down and the machine turns off the refrigeration.

optimum cooling & serving capacity. Engineered for long life with heavy duty motors, compressor, and seals. Advanced electronic controls are designed for easy operation and
provide perfect ice consistency. All models include timer for
automatic night setting. Sanitation listed by ETL to NSF
Standard 18 (includes dairy & alcohol) and safety listed by ETL to UL Standard (UL 471) and CSA Standard (C22.2 No. 120).
