    The 50” Curved Glass Refrigerated Bakery Service Case Encore Series (HV48R) from Structural Concepts is a beautiful option for foodservice operations and retail outlets. The interior is fully refrigerated and holds at 41°F. It includes three glass shelves that are lighted, adjustable and removable for versatility in displaying products. This full-service bakery service case has a Breeze self-contained refrigeration system with an evaporator pan. It has a rear air intake with a front air discharge at the toe kick.
