Carbon Steel Plate: 3/4" thick, carbon Steel griddle plate, machine ground, highly polished
Casters: Swivel casters, complete with front brakes
Grease Collectors: Stainless Steel dual side grease collectors
Griddle: Flat griddle no platens
LED Lights: Multi-colored LED indicator lights to identify operational mode
Lifting: Automatic lifting and lowering of top heaters (platens)

Options: Available with flat griddle, 1 platen, 2 platens or 3 platens
Pressure Regulator: Built-in pressure regulator and gas shut off valve
Programmable Controller: Seperate programmable controller for each 12" section
Top Heating: Electric top heating
Towel Bar: Towel bar with pan lip
