    Description

    The Star Max 536TGF 36" electric countertop griddle with snap-action thermostatic controls delivers superior cooking performance no matter what you're cooking! A throttling thermostat is inserted into the griddle plate 5/16" from the cooking surface and adjusts from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit to provide a quick response to surface temperature change. The heavy duty metal knobs provide accurate temperature adjustment of +/- 10 degrees Fahrenheit from the set point, while its highly polished 1" thick griddle plate distributes heat evenly and recovers quickly.
