    This Hatco HDW-2 freestanding drawer warmer is perfect for keeping all of your culinary creations at just the right temperature and texture until serving! This warmer boasts two drawers with heavy duty drawer slides, a recessed thermostat and temperature monitor for each drawer, and vents to regulate the humidity level for a perfect tasting product no matter what you're holding. Each drawer will hold a standard 12" x 20" food pan up to 6" deep (included) full of meats, veggies, and other signature menu items, and the pans can be lifted straight out for easier, more efficient use. Fully insulated drawer cavities ensure maximum efficiency, while this drawer warmer's rugged stainless steel construction gives it additional durability.
