I am a Foodservice Equipment Technical Expert and I am writing this. This is a Hobart and as you know, this will last for many more years. You can’t afford a brand new one for $18,000 and neither can I. If you need a reliable conveyor machine that will last you many years and you have a small budget, this is it.

History of machine: It was purchased by a school district in 19** and removed in 2014. Lunch ladies always take good care of kitchen equipment so you know that there were no punk kids beating up on it and treating like a garbage disposal. Once removed in 2014, it was professionally cleaned and displayed as a training dish machine for foodservice technical professionals to learn on. Recently, it was deemed no longer needed for display and now being sold. It is completely operational and there is not any defect known. In fact, it is professionally refurbished for your benefit.

*208 Volts. 3 phase.

*The machine is made Left to Right. (LEFT is where the dirty dishes go in and the RIGHT is where the clean dishes come out.) This is important for soil and clean dish table placement based on your kitchen layout.

*No leaking vacuum breaker. New kit installed.

*New wash fill and final rinse fill valve repair kits installed.

*New wash contactor and heater contactors installed.

*Wash tank heating element has no scale build up and works properly.

*New dish curtains.

*New upper and lower and final rinse jets. Great spray pattern for final rinsing.

*Machine has pre-installed chemistry injection ports and supply signals.
