    Description

    1000 gallon fully jacketed stainless steel mixing tank by Mojonnier Bros. Co. Model 1000, serial # 1988. Features all stainless steel construction with polished food grade finish, fully jacketed bottom and side walls (rating not shown) in house pneumatic tested to 15 PSI, dome top, 24in manway with hinged dome cover with breather and sight glass, 3 top inlets (two 2in tri clamp/ one 2in acme bevel seat), hanging agitator off center with twin dual 40in diameter paddles at 45? Angles, 72in diameter x 60in straight side with flat sloped bottom to 2in front discharge with plug valve, acme bevel seat connection and 14in floor clearance, side mounted four step ladder, dual temperature wells on each side of discharge, separate bottom and side wall jackets, agitator driven by two horsepower motor by Marathon at 1725 RPM 230/460/3 phase voltage and directly coupled to Winsmith 40 to 1 gear reducer with stainless steel agitator coupling. Formerly used in dairy service.
