SS 150 gallon 316 L stainless steel food grade reactor by B&G Machine Co. Inc. Serial # 5312.

Features 316 L stainless steel body and 304 stainless steel jacket with shrouded body with polished finish, national board rated #458, shell is full vacuum/300 psi @ -20° to 500° F, jacket is 250 psi @ -20° to 400° F, built in 1997, repaired with "R" stamp in 2004 by Rhoads Industrial, national board R3746 full scraper agitator is driven by Eurodrive motor and gear reducer at 44 rpm, 7.5 horsepower, 39.30 to 1 gear reducer ratio, 230/460/3 phase voltage, motor rpm 1730, 19.2/9.6 amps, 60 hz, 1.15 service factor, TEFC design, dished top bolt on head is connected to body with 28 high strength apx 1 1/4" hex head bolts, top inlets include 5" id service port with hinged cover with four swing mount threaded lock down closures by pressure products with 300 psi/500 f tagged rating, 3-1.5" ports with four bolt 6" OD companion flange connections, 2" port with 6.5" OD four bolt flanged connection and 7" OD female flange with 12 bolts on head surface presently fitted with matting flange with 1/2 NPT central port being used for temperature probe, dished bottom with 2" center bottom discharged designed to accept four bolt direct mounted ball valve, mounted on three low profile legs, vessel body is shrouded and insulated. Formerly used in food ingredient manufacturing.
