Description

(2) Stainless steel reactor, 1,500 gallon capacity, manufactured by Stainless Fabrication Inc., internally rated for 45 PSI at 212 degrees Fahrenheit / minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit, jacket rated for 50 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit / minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Interior is constructed of SA240 S31803 (2205 Duplex) stainless, jacket is constructed of 316L stainless steel, ASME code constructed. Vessel measures 7ft diameter X 7ft straight side, internal baffles, dish top & bottom with 3in diameter center bottom outlet, approx. 36in discharge height. Complete with top entering agitation, driven by 10 HP, 230/460V, 1735 RPM motor thru 14.11:1 gearbox (123 output RPM), stainless steel shaft and (2) 4-blade turbine agitator blades. Top head includes 20in diameter manway with clamped cover, 6in opening for pressure relief valve, (3) 3in & (2) 2in flanged openings. Mounted on (4) 8in diameter stainless steel pipe legs with footpads. New in 2003. Serial number 5857-1 & 5857-2. National Board Number 134
