Description

T&C Stainless 1,400 Liter (370 Gallon) 316L stainless steel agitated reactor, measures 48in diameter X 48inft straight side with dish top & bottom.

Vessel is jacketed and rated for 100 PSI at 250 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Internally rated for 10 PSI at 250 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

Head and shell thicknesses are 7 gauge. Jacket is constructed of 304 Stainless steel, 14 gauge thickness.

Reactor includes top entering agitation with Fusion Fluid Equipment gearmotor, driven by 1.5 HP, 230/460 Volt, 50/60 Hz, 1730 RPM motor thru gear reducer. Vessel includes 4in center bottom outlet with Asepco valve to 2in discharge. Offered with ProtectoSeal Model F18542D2 pressure and vacuum relief vent. Serial number TC8658, New in 2018, National Board number 1946, ASME code constructed. Previously used as curing tank in polymers-based application.
