100 gallon 304 SS Jacketed Reactor with High Shear Lightnin Mixer
Cherry Burrell serial no. 84E-242, yr. 1984, National Board no. 2490
Shell rated for 20 psi and jacket rated for 115 psi @ 300 deg. F
Jacket has side fittings that appear to be for a 2 zone jacket
28 inch diameter x 36 inch with dished bottom and top.
O/a 32 inch od x 64 inch to top flange + 4 inch for platform +31 inch mixer
Has 2 inch bottom center outlet with a flush mount valve
Top has a hinged 5.5 inch top port and (5) 1.5 inch fittings.
Also (2) side thermal wells
There is a 6 inch top center flange mounted Lightnin Mixer model XDDS-1.74
Serial no. 84/216170, 1.74 Hp, 1725 rpm, 230/460 v, 5/2.5 a, 60 hz(Stk. B-4487)
Mixer is high speed with (3) saw tooth dispersion blades
