Description

ALLOY Products Corp 4-gallon reactor, constructed from 316L stainless steel. The vessel measures 10in diameter X 13in straight side, with a bolt-on dished top and welded bottom. Internally rated for full vacuum/50 PSI @ 350 Deg. F, with a minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) of -20 Deg. F at 50 PSI and a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 3.4 BAR at 177 Deg. C, jacketed for 60 PSI at 350 Deg. F. Includes agitation with stainless steel prop-type blade, driven by 250W, 110V, 1620 RPM, 60Hz motor. The top openings include (2) 1-1/2in sanitary, (2) 1in sanitary, and (1) 3in port, bottom head has 1in center bottom outlet. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with casters. Built in 2011. Serial number C214535-1-001. ASME UM Stamped vessel.
