This unit came from a national chain under remodel. The unit is 2022 vintage and in very good mechanical condition and was working when removed. Unit is for medium temp walk in cooler operation. Unit is 208/230v 3ph.
Heatcraft submittal shows performance at 17,540 btuh at +25sst and 95 deg. F. condensing temp.

Unit is not palletized. Must be picked up in PA. We will not palletize. First come, first served.
