Description
Used 100 ton chiller. Was used for a project but we no longer need a large chiller. We replaced many parts on this unit when we thought we would need it long term so most of the unit is in excellent shape.

The unit has 1 bad compressor that we didn't replace so until the 2nd compressor is fixed it only runs at 50 tons. The good compressor was checked out with a fresh oil change and it ran good for our needs.

Within the last year we added the following new parts:
2 new Marathon electric motors for the 2 main pumps, 2 new impellers for those pumps, 2 new Alfa Laval heat exchangers (only used for a couple weeks and cost $20000 to replace), and a new level sensor unit for the water holding tank. All of the coolant lines and the outdoor exchangers are in great shape.

The unit was wired for 460v.
