Equipment Design Conditions:
Design Chill Water Flow Rate: 96 GPM
Design inlet water temp: 55 Deg. F
Design outlet water temp: 45 Deg. F
Required power: 60 amps @ 460 volt 3 phase

One (1) Trane 40-Ton air-cooled chiller package complete with the following items:
- Semi-hermetic scroll compressors
- Plate and Frame evaporator
- Standard air-cooled condenser with low ambient fan
- Refrigerant 407C
- Control and starter system complete
- 460 Volt 3 phase 60Hz
- Insulation will be supplied on all cold surfaces

Our offer includes the following:
Before we start the process we load test the chiller
Remove all refrigerant and refrigerant oil, current refrigerant is included
Remove all controls and starters from the panel
Remove all panels and send for powder coating
Remove compressors and rebuild
Remove fans, fan motors, steam clean the fans and replace bearings
Remove all sensor cables
Remove condenser coils and steam clean
Take rails apart for condenser coils and re-galvanize them
Remove chiller barrel, drain oil and remove insulation
Main frame is repainted or powder coated
After all this is completed we reinstall all parts
Install new fan blades
Install new fan grills
Replace all sensors cables with new ones
Replace with new low pressure cut out switches
Replace with new relief valves
Replace with new oil, driers and refrigerant charge
Replace all electrical wiring into panel
Replace any other parts that need replacing
Load test the chiller for one day to a week depending on chiller
New insulation is replaced on cold surfaces
