Description

For sale is a 1995 40 Hp Pro Refrigeration Glycol Chiller. Pulled out of service fully functional August 2023 to upgrade to a larger one.
-230 volt 3 phase
-Has 2-20hp compressors with separate circuits.
-One 2 Hp circulation pump and one 7.5 Hp process pump.
-Built in glycol tank
-Upon pulling out, it was carefully removed to be easy to reinstall. All wiring labeled as well as refrigeration lines to condenser.
-Both compressors replaced with rebuilt ones approx 5 years ago.
-System has been converted to MO-99 (R-438 A) refrigerant and is charged. May need a small amount to makeup for what was lost during removal that would have been in condenser. For the rest, no need to spend thousands to charge again.
-Determined at removal that one oil pressure sensor was leaking so it was pinched off to keep from loosing the Freon and will need to be replaced.
-Spare parts include 4 new barrel heat exchangers($1000 value).
-Able to load on trailer on site
-Same system but new version from Pro Refrigeration is approx $65,000.
