Description

Unit was used seasonally in a 2 pipe system for a private school. School was not in session peak season months limiting its use/ run time even more. Original submittal and history of equipment is available. Unit is fully Charged with 150lbs of R22. Seller has performed and recorded quarterly maintenance on equipment since original installation in 2007. Chiller was operated with Glycol Mixture with regular chemical checks on water/glycol quality. The only service repair required was a replaced condenser fan motor blade (2B3) (cost at that time was $150.00. Otherwise this unit has ran properly since it was put in service.

The unit is currently installed. The pictures will be updated once it has been removed and cleaned up.
