Description

Ammonia refrigeration system with Frick 140 ton rotary screw ammonia (R717) compressor.

Motor 300HP 3500rpm 460v/3/60.
ASME rated at 450/FV at 350F.
Frick ammonia compressor model RXF-101-H, s/n 10240E92525967 with liquid injection cooling.
Includes Quantum LX control panel.
Water cooled ammonia condensing unit uses 750 gpm water.

Includes Evaporator, Condenser, Receiver on skid, auxiliary instruments attached to equipment. Built by Industrial Refrigeration Systems in Aug 2009.

The touch screen has suffered sun damage and will have to be replaced. Last used for solvent cooling with ammonia in syngas process at a capacity of 1.68 MMBTU/hr of Syngas at a flow of 101,940 #/hr 46/13F. Like new - only ran 42 days. Shut down in Jan 2011. Still installed - price does not include removal.
