    Description

    Only 3 years use on complete motor and compressor rebuild. Trane 3F5B50 open 25 ton compressor and Sterling 25 hp motor. Plus matching used load center in good condition. See pics. Units sells for $12,000 new if you can find one without the load center. Designed for R-22 refrigerant.

    It cost us over $10K to have this rebuilt by Compressor Parts and Repair about 3 years before taking it out of service. Excellent like new condition. Made for low pressure refrigerants. Buy the whole chiller, the 3phase multi-tap motor, or the 25 ton compressor. Make me an offer. We were using it for our market ac. When we remodeled, we put in a new system. The specs say that this compressor is suited for as low as 10F. If you want to use it for colder applications, you will need to install a low pressure valve kit. But this chiller is well worth the investment.
