Convection Oven on the bottom.
Self contained hood on the top.
Measures overall about 30.25” wide
Front to back measures 34” without the handle on the oven.
About 81” tall.

This unit was purchased years ago for a living facility to be used by residents, but that portion of the project was never completed so this sat in the room where it was meant to be used ever since. It was connected to the wall ansul pull station and that was about it. Comes with the ansul nitrogen cartridge. It has some scratches from handling but otherwise, it has never cooked any food on it.
