Description

The Vulcan VSX5G is a basic "a la carte" 5 pan convection steamer that is natural gas powered. For controls, it has a 60 minute timer, buzzer, cook light and ready light, and a power switch.

It has been constructed of a durable stainless steel, outside and inside (the inside also has coved corners). It comes on 4" legs and is NSF approved. Lastly, this machine has been professionally reconditioned and needs for a new home!
