Cleveland 36-CGM-16-300 ConvectionPro XVI dual chamber steamer with boiler base, each chamber measures 27-/2in long X 13-3/4in high x 21-1/2in deep, divided into (2) 13in wide sections per chamber. Rated for 300,000 BTU/hr, 3.5in WC manifold, natural gas, 1,000 BTU/CF.

Includes 60-minute timer for each chamber.

Steam generator rated for 266 lbs/hr, 20.6 square feet surface area, 15 PSI. Serial number & national board number 109552. New in 2006.

Cleveland Serial number 98621-06J-01. Previously used at school district for supplying meals to public schools.
