With high-quality cutlery stainless steel knives that rotate from 600 to 3500 RPM, this cutter ensures efficient operation in your kitchen when handling a variety of food product. It's 9 qt. bowl capacity is ideal for chopping and pureeing meats, vegetables, and more into deli salads, sausage, coleslaw, and dips!

This unit boasts a high-quality aluminum construction with a durable stainless steel bowl for long-lasting use. The high-efficiency 1 1/2 hp ventilated motor ensures continuous operation, while the self-monitoring variable-speed control automatically provides and stabilizes power based off the specific food type entered. The positioning of the motor eliminates the chance for accidentally cooking food as it processes, and a see-through lid with a feed opening allows product to be entered as the machine is working. During use, a built-in bowl scraper cleans the sides of the bowl to save time. IP 67 steel controls ensure easy operation and control over the machine.

The bowl has two convenient handles for easy handling and removal. The knife is also removable for cleaning. This unit includes interlocking features to prevent the machine from operating when the lid shifts or is not in place. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
