    Description

    The Sergeant ® Combo Series Shrink Packaging Systems include everything for production Shrink Packaging. No special tools or custom installation is required. These high quality, combination units integrate a 16" X 20" (40 cm X 50 cm) "L"-Sealer and a high performance 9"H X 20"L X 16"W (23 cm X 127 cm X 40 cm) Heat Tunnel on to a common tabletop
    chassis.

    The patented Simpulse TM Heat System on the "L"-Sealer is an impulse Trim Sealer allowing for lower energy use and greater safety from accidental
    burns than constant heat units. The Simpulse TM system employs automatic heat compensation to match the usage rate eliminating the need for constant readjustment. Models come standard
    with Stainless Steel Loading Tables, Film Perforation Wheels and Heated Silicone Rubber Conveyor Belts with Variable Speed Control for the Tunnel.

    • No tools needed for fast and easy setup including the Perforation Wheel which allows trapped air to escape in the shrink process, film cradle adjustment
    for easy positioning of the film for perfect packages and the Tensioner for good film pull.

    • Patented Circulair™ Heat Chamber provides efficient, high flow and customized air-flow for perfect packages.

    • Dual Electro-magnets hold down jaw during sealing process to reduce operator fatigue and for perfect trim seals every time.

    • Easily accessible Hand Wheel for precise Seal Height Adjustment.
