DESCRIPTION:
Continuous horizontal rotary welder. The machine, easy to use and extremely safe, is ideal for packaging small and medium-sized products.

SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
Self-contained welder that works with a foot pedal. The film is sealed through the pressure and heating of two sealing bars. The sealing bars are equipped with pneumatic closure. The machine comes with a control panel with soft-touch keys and an air filter. All film widths, up to the maximum width of the sealing bars, can be sealed. The materials treated are: PE, PP, PVC, cellophane, coupled films, aluminum. The sealing cycle consists of the following phases: insertion of a package, by acting on the pedal the bars close and are subsequently heated to the set temperature. The cooling time begins when the welding time has passed. After the cooling time the sealing bars open.
