    Features polished food grade finish, 60" long steam tunnel with opposing service doors, heat shields on all sides, central exhaust fan, 12 -48" long internal steam distribution tubes with six arranged on each side of conveyor path, adjustable position in and out, each tube is fed and valved from each end allowing only half of the tube used if desired, tunnel opening is 7. 5" x 14" high with adjustable stainless steel openings, manufacturer specifies maximum container size at 150 mm wide x 300 mm tall, 8" wide x 13' long plastic conveyor with 56" infeed and 36" long discharge, cabinet style base with access doors on all sides, control panel, cabinet base drip tray with dual discharges, conveyor is rated for maximum load of 10 kg with speed from 0-20 m, conveyor has 2. 5" high formed ss adjustable container guides, centrally mounted steam generator with electric bayonet heaters, level sensor, 10" wide x 24" long x 11" high ss tank with solenoid operated tank fill valve activated by level sensor, steam generator has dual manifolds feed 6 steam distribution tubes each all valved to each side of tubes, 25 kw generator, 3n-380 volt/3 phase, includes new 30 kva federal pacific transformer for 440 volt/3 phase/60 hz input and 380 volt/60 hz/3 phase output (used only for initial testing). Formerly used to shrink label on 2. 5 ounce spherical glass bottle and standard round gallon container in cosmetic manufacturing.
