Features double tunnel design with polymer mesh belt conveyor 15" wide x 8' 6" long, 18" wide x 11" high x 61" long shrink tunnel with 20" feed and discharge conveyor aprons, conveyor has 180 VDC variable speed drive from 1/2 horsepower Lesson motor with gear reducer chain driving conveyor with full guard, 230 volt/1 phase/64 fla/60 cycle/ 7. 8 amps largest draw, dual top mounted tunnel circulation fans with .750 HP motors by Lesson @ 1725 RPM and dual manually operated air flow dampers, painted steel construction, dual E stops at discharge end, factory controls with disconnect switch, unit is furnished with controls refurbished to factory standard. Formerly used in cosmetic packaging.
