Description

Model: 4212 2DX.  Top deck is perforated stainless steel plate with 1" square openings.  Bottom deck is perforated stainless steel plate with approx 8 mesh opening.  Conveyor is unused and is mounted on fiberglass leaf springs.  Driven by 2 hp, 3 phase, 1750 rpm, 208-230/460 volt severe duty motor with 2 v-belt drive.  Bolted cover has 13" x 128" long inlet and three 10" inspection ports.  Overall shipping dimensions are 48" W x 189" L x 48" H.  Screeners were designed for sanitary installation and have been glass bead blasted.  Oversize material outlet is 9" diameter  and undersize material outlet is 12" diameter.  This screener is missing the main drive shaft and bearings on the oscillator.
