DESCRIPTION:
The CM555 inserts the silicon then the cotton in the bottles in arrival. The unit has worked in an automatic capsule packaging line with plastic bottles. The machine is equipped with a sorter/feeder for cylindrical silica gel cartridges. The cotton rope hank is fed automatically and is introduced in the bottles in folded pieces.

MAIN FEATURES:
The machine consists of the following parts: -Conveyor belt which transports the bottles in arrival until filling stages then towards the exit. -Silica gel station consists of a hopper and a conveyor belt for the containment and transportation of silica gel. -Cotton insertion station. The unit is equipped with safety devices and related reporting systems and control panel type CPU Siemens COROS OP15. Safety panels isolate the moving parts of the machine from the working area of the operator. The unit is provided with inspection windows.
Complete with OZAF feeder elevator.
