    One (1) Used CVC1107 Automatic Cotton Inserter rated for up to 80 bottles per minute maximum depending upon cotton length.  Cotton length setting varies  from 2" to 6".  Accurate cotton pinch rollers feed cotton to preset length, bottom plunger pushes cotton upward into 4 station stepper driven turret for inverted U insertion into container from plunger above.  Includes bottle presence sensor and bottle gating system. Hand crank height adjustment. Serial number 411242. Machine has been tested and is completely operational and in good running condition.
