This is a single head cottoner with variable length and multiple fill controls, can easily be added to an existing line. Manual height adjustment. Bottle indexing, cotton insertion & tamp stations included. Bottle & cotton presence sensors. Controls for the following: variable cycle speed, manual/auto modes, cotton length, number of cotton inserts, reset, stop & run switches.

Recommend using 20 gram cotton, 16 gram rayon or 12 gram polyester.
