Description

Pharmafil CS10 Fully Automatic Cotton Inserter rated up to 180 bottles per minute with 5" insert or 160 per minute with 9" insert. Dual filling head turrets fill two containers at the same time. Dual high speed roller assemblies tear the cotton into pieces of uniform size without using a blade. Capable of inserting 1~9 pieces per bottle. Full automatic bottle indexing package to mount on your conveyor. No bottle no fill sensors.

All moving parts mounted inside a clear plastic front guard with safety interlock - when hinged door opens, the machine automatically shuts off. Mounted on casters.
