    Pharmaceutical grade electronic tablet counter model number Swiftvision II (single). This machine is designed to electronically count products into predetermined quantities. Product is fed from a bulk product hopper and separated using an advanced feed system with integrated "preweigh" system. Product will then fall through an array of infra-red sensors and be deposited into awaiting containers via a discharge chute and filling nozzle.

    The machine will consist of the following items:
    o Twelve "V" tracks at a pitch of 35mm
    o Twelve track sensing system
    o Is available as a standard in either 220v or
    240v/1ph/50Hz, or 110v/1ph/60Hz - if alternative
    voltages are required these should be requested prior to placing order (Swiftpack requires details of customers power supply to allow order to proceed)

    o 27 litre hopper manufactured in 316L stainless steel,
    polished to a mirror finish
    o Single discharge point
    o Vibrating filling nozzle assembly
    o Three off spun stainless steel filling nozzles with minimum
    20mm opening (IMA Swiftpack to be informed of
    container sizes to enable these to be cut to suit)
    o Powerlift arrangement
    o Blanking plate in hole for connection for Swiftlift at rear of machine (Connection not fitted)
    o Right hand touchscreen control panel, when viewed from front of machine (unless requested to be changed by the customer)
    o 32 pin connection plug at front of machine for external connection (not a separate terminal box)
    o Three stack beacon assembly
    Green constant - machine running
    Amber flashing - low product in hopper
    Red constant - Alarm

    Service requirements:
    Electrical Supply 2Kw
    Air Supply 110 litre/minute @ 6 bar

    Machine is built to conform to the cGMP standards, using approved materials for the Pharmaceutical industry, generally the fabrication being in 316L Stainless Steel.

    For a standard machine:
    (Any products outside this range needs to be evaluated prior to offer being made, all Dimensions are based on a 915mm floor to conveyor slat height)
    o Maximum container size - external diameter 100mm x 200mm high with minimum internal neck diameter of 45mm
