Description

MACHINE TYPE:
Semi-automatic tablet counter made of stainless steel.

SECTOR OF USE:
Production, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Food.

FEATURES:
The KING TB4 counter offers an extremely versatile and precise counting method for various types of coated and uncoated tablets, capsules, hard and soft gelatin capsules. The machine is highly adaptable, quick to install, and clean, with an excellent design. The TB4 can be regarded as two units: a feeding unit consisting of a hopper, a vibrating chute with a rotating glass disk beneath its outlet, and a counting unit composed of a photocell and light source that activates a counter. The hopper contains bulk tablets with an adjustable outlet plate to allow the passage of tablets of various sizes. The product moves along the chute by vibration and falls onto a rotating glass plate driven by a geared motor. This rotating plate transports the tablets clockwise, causing the products to deviate outward in a single line through guides mounted close to the glass, until they reach the arrangement of the pickup and outlet plate at the front of the machine. At the outlet, a photocell and a light source assembly are mounted so that a single row of tablets falls individually, interrupting the falling light beam, thereby registering them on the electronic counter. The tablets then fall past a flap mechanism that tips over after a preset count is reached, directing the tablets into another container. This configuration allows for the filling of separate containers. At the final outlet position, two plastic outlet funnels are mounted to channel the product into the containers. An adjustable shelf is mounted to accommodate various container heights. The standard counter will accurately count any number of tablets from 1 to 10,000.
