Pouch tooling includes: 3.125 x 4.25", 2.625 x 3.75" x 2.0 x 3.187". Four-Up Multi-Product Feed System: 16 x 316SS product hoppers and variable speed feed trays, 2 x 28.5" diameter grooved feed bowls with level controls, 2 x vibrator feed controllers, 32 x pneumatic track product escapement assemblies. 4-Station Sealing Head Assembly for four sided seals designed with easy remove panels for changeovers. Vertical slitting stations. Servo driven self-sharpening cut off knife. Film Unwind Assembly with self-adjusting brake for constant film tension, includes two (2) film roll unwind assemblies. Print registration system. Missing Product Detection and Reject System with discharge. Quadruple Speed-Jet T6 inkjet printers with HP Technology (15 new spare print cartridges). Guard interlock package for stainless steel & Lexan safety guards. Film roll width 12.75" x 3 core on 10,000' rolls. Dual Domino V320i continuous motion thermographic printers (currently removed).
