DESCRIPTION:
Granulator mounted on a mobile stainless steel frame. The machine is particularly suitable for sieving granulates obtained eliminating lumps, making the granulate uniform to the desired size and, above all, avoiding crushing the product creating dust. Wide range of applications, various types of dry, wet and heat sensitive powders.

MAIN FEATURES:
Oscillating granulator, designed for material reduction and preparation of granulated products. The appliance is ideal for medium-low quantity production in the pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetics industries. The machine is small in size and easy to move with a simple design. The approximate capacity depends on the product format and the sieve in use. The oscillating rotor of the granulator works by compressing and pushing the product granules through a sieve with holes of a predetermined size. The granulation speed adjustment is manual. Granulation sieving nets of different sizes available on request.
