DESCRIPTION:
Rotary tablet presses are used in various branches of the industry for tableting powders in general. In the chemical-pharmaceutical industries, the rotary tablet press, as well as in tableting, is also used in the preparation of dry granulates. In fact, with this machine it is possible to carry out the “pre-pressing” of the powders and prepare them for the subsequent granulation.

MAIN FEATURES:
The Ronchi rotary tablet press model AM 13/8, supplied in the 8 punches version, is completely executed in its supporting structure in welded sheet steel elements. This guarantees a high stability in resistance and performance. All the parts that make up the machine, depending on their function, are suitably worked and thermally treated. A single-line centralized lubrication system ensures perfect operation of the movement and minimal maintenance. Particular importance in the execution was given to "tightness". In fact it is impossible to filter dust in the internal parts of the machine. Maximum operating safety is guaranteed by an automatic switch that protects the motor from possible overloads. Graduated indexes allow the control of the workings.
