Description

Induction sealing creates an airtight seal by passing a corked bottle under the induction sealer in a non-contact process.

The system's sealing head produces an electromagnetic field that heats the aluminum liner inside the cap.

The hot film in turn melts the polymer coating on the inner seal.

Eventually, the heat added to the pressure of the cork, causes the inner seal to adhere to the lip of the container, resulting in an airtight seal.
