Machine description
The induction sealing process involves using electromagnetic induction to heat a conductive foil lining within a cap. When the cap is placed on the container and passed under an induction coil, the coil generates an electromagnetic field that heats the foil. This heat melts the adhesive on the foil, creating a tight seal between the cap and the container's neck. Induction sealing is known for its efficiency and speed, providing a tamper-evident seal with minimal energy consumption.

The water cooling unit helps manage the temperature of the induction sealing equipment. Since induction sealing generates heat, the cooling unit ensures that the induction coils and other components do not overheat, maintaining optimal performance and extending the equipment’s lifespan. It consists of a closed-loop system that circulates water through cooling coils or plates attached to the induction unit. This water absorbs the excess heat and dissipates it through a radiator or cooling tower.
