Axon's standard format EZ-Series heat shrink sleeve machines represent the industry standard for flexible and economical shrink sleeve label and tamper evident band application at low to moderate speeds. The standard EZ-Series shrink sleeve applicators include the EZ-100, EZ-130 &; EZ-200 for applying sleeve labels and heat shrink bands ranging from 18 to 200mm in layflat width (LFW). These machines operate with application speeds up to 300 containers per minute (cpm) and are available in single-head and dual-head configurations for redundancy. They are fully automatic with minimal moving parts, ensuring high reliability and low maintenance. The guillotine knife mechanism provides clean, precise cuts, and the touch screen HMI allows for easy operation. The compact footprint (17" wide x 52" deep) makes them suitable for various production environments.

Additionally, no lubrication is required for maintenance.
